Get the latest AutoDoom release from GitHub. I will try to put there weekly releases when I make progress, so be sure to check every now and then. Read the accompanying text file.

For building on Linux and other compatible systems, use CMake on the source code downloaded from the Links page. Since I rarely use Linux, you may need to tweak it.
